Andrew Bryan, Educational Consultant

Andrew Bryan is the founder and director of Emerge, co-founder with Leslie Johnson of Epic Transitions, aka trekEpic, and a member of Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA – 1998). He has worked with adolescents and young adults and their parents since 1989. Andrew is currently an educational consultant and college success coach in private practice. He is a former board member of IECA.  As a professional member of IECA Andrew holds specialty designations for college admissions counseling, learning disabilities advising, and special needs and therapeutic placement services.

Andrew has been interviewed and quoted nationally on education related topics in The Seattle Times, The Lawlor Review, Post-Secondary LD Report, Newsweek, US News and World Report, The New York Times, CBS Marketplace, CBS Network Radio News, SmartMoney Magazine, KUOW’s Weekday, College Bound Teen, LATalkRadio with Dore Frances, and most recently, the Homeward Bound parent call with Tim Thayne.

Andrew has an expertise in coaching and mentoring young adults as well as experience working with individual learning styles and the wide array of educational and vocational options available to both students who have faced emotional or behavioral challenges and those who learn differently.

His contribution is to help individuals realize they have unique gifts, that they must develop and share their gifts, that they must have a dream and through determination, they can realize their dream.
